We were happy with their integrity, expertise, and work ethic. In addition the Marvin Windows are an excellent product. Gilkey installed seven windows on the front of our house last year and we had them back this year to install nine windows across the back. Choosing the best windows for us was easy and painless…absolutely NO sales pressure! The salesman was very knowledgeable. He measured our windows and then the owner came and measured again before placing the order. “Measure twice, cut once.” Gilkey was easy and pleasant to work with, even when our windows were ready and we had to delay installation for several weeks because of a medical issue. The installation team is quick and efficient! Both installations were completed in a day. They left absolutely no mess inside or outside. The main reason we chose Gilkey because of their workmanship and warranty. We know a family that has Gilkey windows and through them we know that Gilkey stands behind their warranty without hassle. Gilkey Windows and sliding doors are by far the best out there for home remodeling. The staff at Exterior Solutions is detail driven and very knowledgeable of their products. The installation team was quick, professional and left the work areas clean. I will follow up after the install and update my review post install. 03-19-25 installed four(4) sets of Marvin fiberglass doors yesterday. The install crew was fantastic, showed up right on schedule, very professional. Got right to work removing the old doors, cleaned up both inside and outside. Very professional install.
