There were issues with the caulk and damage to the windows when they were installed NOT due to bad service. We expressed our concerns and Jon immediately went to work for us to get the best service and repairs. We still have some windows to replace and we will definitely have Gilkey do the job! We had been living with our 1970’s windows and immediately noticed a difference with the new windows. Our house backs up to a school and we haven’t heard children on the playground since!
